[kwlug-disc] any interest in a local spinoff for a programming mailing list?

  is there a local mailing list/forum for discussing C/C++?  i realize
there are forums like comp.lang.c++ for C++, but the traffic on those
lists is a bit overwhelming, and it would be nice to have a local
discussion if there was interest.
