How about an example: Skype

I know of businesses that depend on Skype for communication just a
little too much. If Skype does not have it's licensing house in order,
the end-user pays when the plug is pulled. This would never happen with
a pure GPL solution. GPL is a more stable foundation on which to build
a business.
