Not there yet, but thank you Paul. It's a very busy time of year, 
especially for the coordinator. So he has yet to have time to sit down 
and begin formulating his proposal. (Proposal is probably too heavy a 
word - I'll guess a 2 minutes statement and 2 page summary. I'm 
guessing.) I expect to spend time with him over the next two weeks, to 
assist with that.

For the moment, the only thing the general kwlug can do is pull 
together / consider / document how kwlug does, or could, help 
command-line willing new members. i.e. So that we can be ready to put 
in the proposal demonstrable evidence.

Paul has graciously extended his assistance to the coordinator, if and 
when he should need it. Paul is much better than I with the whole 
"What is FOSS and why does it matter?" than I. e.g. Low cost of entry, 
and other such things.

Once the initial proposal is drafted, I'll have a look at it, and 
consult, to see if there's anything in it kwlug couldn't commit to, or 
different from what we already do.

At that point I will need help and support and consensus building.

But we're not there yet.

Perhaps those interested could let me know via e-mail and we could go 
to Timmy's or something - when there is something in hand to focus on.
