[kwlug-disc] Libre PDF reader for Windows

I've found what seems to be a rather nice, light PDF reader for when
I'm stuck using Windows.  It's called Sumatra PDF, and you can find
out more at http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/.

So far my main complaint is that it is not terribly friendly to
keyboard-only navigation, but I don't know that Adobe Reader is
either.
