I am looking for some very basic software that goes through mouse
basics, opening and closing windows, managing files and so on.
Interactive tutorials would be good.
My search-fu is pretty weak. When I look for Linux introductions I
find stuff like "How to flogrib using glrebratz on the command line"
and "importing CACert into Ubuntu in five easy steps", not stuff I
could plunk in front of the apocryphal grandma who has never used a
computer before.
