There are several firefox extensions to do just that. They may or may not work on the particular site you are watching but you can try them.
Search the Firefox add ons for "video download"

Subject: [kwlug-disc] Saving Divx movies
Is there any tools in linux that will let me save a divx streaming video from a site, to my HD to be then later viewed? I'm viewing exercise training videos online, but it's a bit choppy and is causing firefox to crash. That's very annoying in the middle of exercising. I'd love to be able to just stream it down, burn it to DVD, then work off the DVD in the future.
