Certainly not. The company has been under the control of the court
appointed bankruptcy trustee for a while.
That Darl McBride was fired was released in a financial filing from the
company. The suppositions regarding the future of the others can be found on
Groklaw, but is from a source that is unconfirmable.
Another rumor from the same unconfirmable source is that Darl McBride has
already threatened to sue The SCO Group. While unconfirmed, he did sue his
former employer IKON [1] and one of the targets of Mr. McBride's Linux
litigation strategy was another former employer, Novell [2]. So it may seem
reasonable that he would sue another former employer. Salacious perhaps,
and still unconfirmed.
