I don't have stats on hand.... but I think the number of known,
unpatched, remotely exploitable security flaws in either IIS and Apache
 over the past 8 years or so to be so small as to be statistically
insignificant.  Security, therefore, all comes down to practices of the
Admin, and the security of the software being run on those webservers
(how many people still use only static files?)
