[kwlug-disc] Are the list archives incomplete?

I was just looking through September's archives looking for Paul 
Nijjar's excellent Copyright Consultation submission, but I can't find it:

Surely Paul has posted more than five messages this month...

If there is a problem with the archives, can someone please fix?  If the 
problem is with my archive-fu can someone point me to the right location?
