[kwlug-disc] Ubuntu/flash

I have an Ubuntu install disk and a flash drive.  I'd like to put Ubuntu on the flash drive so that I can carry it with me and use it on less well endowed machines.  

Problem is that I am not sure I remember how to do that.  Can anyone point me at an applicable How to?
