Yes, I'm pretty sure. :-)
I'm running 64-bit Slackware which doesn't run 32-bit programs.  Eg.
    1.  Adobe's "libflashplayer.so" works on 32-bit Slackware's Firefox,
	but doesn't work on 64-bit Slackware's Firefox.
    2.  "superpi" program (which calculates pi) runs on 32-bit
	Slackware, but doesn't on 64-bit.
