[kwlug-disc] Advice on hosting a project -- a mirror at UW

I have been give a unique opportunity to fund a couple of projects that are
open source.
Their licensing is MPL

May you advice me on the best way to get a mirror for distributing an iso;
maybe at university of Waterloo?
