[kwlug-disc] FLOSS Fund nominees

We are again running short of nominees. Next month is OpenBSD, and
then we are out. 

It would be nice if somebody confirmed that they would be willing to
nominate OpenStreetMap -- Stephen has not responded to my query.

Other worthy nominees would be excellent as well. Nominations from
people who have not nominated before would be especially nice
(although it's fine for oldies to nominate something new as well).
