Hi,

I hope folks will forgive this co-opting of the FLOSS fund just this once.
I realize this is an exception to the rules, but this is an exceptional
case, and I figured it was at least worth nominating, even if we decide
in the end that personal donations are a better idea.  Either way is good
with me.

I nominate a Haiti relief fund, specifically the Red Cross, for
February's FLOSS fund.
