Try thinkgeek.com.  I haven't been on it for quite a while but I seem to remember something about a wearable computer.  The visual component may be of help to you.

I've always wondered about those head-mounted displays.. I even have a pair of 
low-res LCDs with backlights -- the raw hardware, no pixel drivers or anything 
-- from 10 years back that I've been meaning to play with.  Or even the lasers 
that are supposed to paint images on your retina... if I could get even 
1280x800 one that looked like a 19" monitor or something I think it'd be 
pretty good... I think those are still an arm and a leg though. :-/
