There would be no sanctioned institution, therefore anything else you
mention above is illegal.
You are a bad person for breaking all these things.
So is using a photocopier.
So ... you go to the library ... they have photocopiers, for a fee ...
they have copyright warning signs. Isn't, almost by definition,
everything in a library copyrighted? <sigh>
