Sorry for being hung up on this clause, but I see a discrepancy between
Mr. McOrmond's interpretation of what is "software" and opinion
previously expressed on this list by Ralph. Is the distinction laid out
in C-32?
Also, can it be verified that permission from copyright holders is
required in order to use clause 41.12?
