Is your data in CSV format, or close to that?
If so, then use the LOAD DATE INFILE
Example:
LOAD DATA INFILE 'filename.csv' INTO TABLE *your_table_name*
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' ENCLOSED BY '"'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'
IGNORE 1 LINES;
