[kwlug-disc] Linux capable Wireless N routers

Have you considered doing something like this?

Keep the current infrastructure you have but just add a cheap Wireless N
router that you don't need to be able flash with OpenWRT or dd-wrt.

With the port mirroring with your current router (dd-wrt etc) going to a
system that can collect the data would still allow you to collect all of the
network traffic and allow you to program something to give you information
(or snort rule).


Just a different idea.
