[kwlug-disc] asterisk/asterisknow tutorial

Are there any good tutorials online on how to set up asterisk - or even 
better, how to set it up using asterisknow as the interface?   I'm not 
having much luck finding any step by step guides.

There's a book on asterisknow that I may order failing everything else.
