Before anything. Stop using the disk. Unmount it if possible and it not 
don't do anything that writes to it.

I've used an ext3 undelete. It was an easy web serach iirc.

Please let there be one.  Is there a way to undelete an rm?  I mean,
some way OTHER than the correct way; restoring from backups :)?
