Worse, Russell McOrmond has said that since the NDP, the Bloc and the
Liberals advocate compulsory licenses and levies, and the Conservatives
advocate digital locks and lawsuits, that they might reach a compromise
of compulsory licenses, locks, levies AND lawsuits[1]. There's a
soundbite for you.
