It seems I could write a book on this topic too.
For those that were present when I did a dry run, you may remember I did a presentation at Iginite Waterloo about "Happiness"
Of course i had to limit it to 5 minutes so I left many things out.
What I can tell you is that throughout all these years, I've thought all those sources of "unhappiness" Barry talks about and let me tell you, choice is not to blame, because with the same choice as other people, I've chosen to be happy instead of having the best fitting Jeans and a "will do" that didn't.
The corollary is that it is not the experiences that make us unhappy, but the way we interpret and internalize them.
One of these days I'll have time to write the book.
