To add more to the question (from someone else in the market for an
Android tablet).
I have a Nexus 1, and I like getting software updates directly from
Google without having to wait for some carrier or hardware
manufacturer to release updates. I would also prefer to get that way
than the custom distros (IE: http://www.cyanogenmod.com/ , etc) so
that I can demonstrate an "official"-ish thing when showing this stuff
to politicians/policy makers. Anyone know if Google will do
something similar to the N1 for a tablet?
And my non-software criteria is that it have an HDMI or similar
video out that I can plug into a TV (or get cables for projector, etc,
etc). I want this to double as a tablet and a portable media player.
Thoughts? I'm expecting I'll have to wait a bit more....
