  You know this, and I know this, but do the politicians?  Clearly
they need to, but they don't so far.

  Write to them about it.   Their teams have their ears open more now
than they do between elections.  While the media and national campaign
is a bad place to talk policy during an election, we can do much more
in our local districts.

  And if you want to write something larger on this topic, and don't
have your own place (or even if you do), please consider signing up to
digital-copyright.ca and posting there.  It isn't intended to be "my"
blog, but a blog for techies commenting about legal and political
issues.
