The simple answer is that the collection is at the Computer Recycling
project at the Working Centre, 66 Queen Street South. They are open
10am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturday. 

The more complicated answer is that the LUG library seems mostly
dysfunctional. Some of the Computer Recycling volunteers borrow books,
but few LUG members do.
