It's too bad the unconference was cancelled. I should have mentioned
it during the KWLUG meeting announcement and at WWITPro. If you
schedule another one then remind me to publicize this. 

If this is going to be a regular event then consistency is important. 
Getting a group together (maybe 4-5 people) who are all committed to
attending meetings and then meeting on a regular basis (even if only a
couple of people show up) is a good way to build a following.

If this is going to be a sporadic event then how about building up a
mailing list or using a service like Meetup.com?
