How "home-ish" are you?  Are you in an apartment?  Are you in a suburb
with buried twisted pair and coax for phone and cable respectively?

I don't think what you're asking for is currently available.  But a
bit more detail would help us tell you how impossible (or at least
ridiculously expensive) it would be.
