I suppose you could tomato multiple cable + dsl links.

notes what one guy was getting. His 4 'speed tests' avg.'ed about 46 
Mbps. These numbers are single links, so 'bonding' them could get you 
what you're talking about, sort of.

(Yes, apparently you can have multiple cable ISPs - one cable isp 
doesn't consume all 'channels' available over the copper. Apparently.)
