Isn't the lower turnout normal for this time of year. Between Christmas
and Winter ...
- and Monday was not good driving.

Are comment / request sheets, a la WWITPRO, something to be looked at? /
How does one identify or address an issue such as low turnout, otherwise?

Certainly one thing quite remarkable about Monday - very quickly 'whipped'
together, due to Khalid's situation, AND receiving kudos here.
