 Local company Fibernetics Corp has a VOIP service called 
 Freephoneline.ca (http://freephoneline.ca/).  They also have a promotion 
 with beer company called Bud phone. Has anybody used them?

 I have been using http://www.callcentric.com/ for a few years and are 
 happy with them.  A feature they recently added is simultaneous ringing. 
 I have it set so that my VOIP phone and my cell phone ring at the same 
 time.
