I've only used and managed the Mercury suite (now owned by HP).
When I got ITIL certified, the instructor pointed us to a site with a list of
"certified" tools. I'll look at my notes on Tuesday and see if I can find that
reference.

Subject: [kwlug-disc] CMDB practical experience?
Just read about some open source CMDBs (Configuration Management Databases) in
http://www.linuxaria.com/article/6-cmdb-open-source?lang=en
I've used some of those huge CMDBs mentioned (CA UniCentre, HP OpenView, and
much earlier Intel's attempt at DMTF software, LANDesk Manager), but not with
the ones in the article.
Can anyone on the list relate their experiences with F/LOSS CMDBs?
