[kwlug-disc] Another C-32 feedback opportunity

This is old news but I just found out about it. Apparently the
government is taking submissions/comments on C-32 officially:

They are only taking comments until the end of January. 

I found this out via the "Canadian Coalition for Electronic Rights",
which may or may not be yet another astroturf group. They have a form
that sends out e-mails about C-32:

I'm tempted to make some comment about our concerns falling on deaf
ears, but I will refrain.
