If you're as far out as listowel, or north of there, check out Wightman, who offers TV, Internet and phone for about 80 bucks, all piped over a Fiber to the home installation. 

I email them all the time about expansion, unfortunately, they seem to be heading north, latest install is in Hanover. 

:p. Maybe if we bug them, we can convince them to come more south east. :D
