My results, FWIW, Rogers Express (8/512, believe it was 6/512 when I

Test type: socket download, socket upload

Advanced Tab:

Quality of Service: 73%
RTT(W): 20 ms
Max Delay: 8 ms
Max Route Speed: 26.2 Mbps (32) <- interesting, presumably max. 
wire/equipment speed, if I had ultimate service (50/2) [faster than 
max route speed?], for ONLY $53+tax/month more, or ~$720/year.
TCP Forced Idle: 0% <- Interesting, non-zero on torrents / https?
Test type: socket download, socket upload
