Brown Black Black at 1/2 W or 1W should do the trick.
Tolerance of up to 5% or even 10% should do as well.
This is for testing individual cells for a GO/NOGO eval, i.e. momentary.
Anything longer will deplete the cell.

TIP: Cells that will not work in high-draw device like a camera can be 
recycled into a low-draw device like a clock or remote control. In the 
latter the draw from the IR LED is momentary. I hear birds singing.
