[kwlug-disc] I'm looking to host a high ram server in a fast connection area.

Been watching some cable forums for a while, and there are a fair
number of complaints about speed. Mostly about not getting what they
paid for (but still well above anything DSL can ever provide),
particularly in the evening. [i.e. Most of the time it's sufficiently
fast, even if they're not getting 24Mbps - except, many of them are
trying to netflix during early evening, when consistently streaming at
even 2Mbps appears to be problematic. (Congestion.)]
If I may ask, whom is your cable internet provider, and have you
received any comments (or have any observations) about speed good/bad
at any particular times of the day?
