[kwlug-disc] Still very new - Ubuntu 11.10 -- java

I'm pretty sure that Ubuntu Software Centre takes care of dependencies 
required by a stand-alone .deb file, but it hides the whole process from 
the user with a pretty interface. So gdebi is still useful for those who 
like to see the guts of the OS.
