"'tips" would be data... you want to grep for the code, specifically
excluding the data.
Something like:
grep -rl "if ( arg(0) == '.*' && is_numeric(arg(1)) && arg(2) == '.*') { return TRUE; }" *
You may need to take various pieces of the code, and grep through all the
modules you have.
