By The way, In the past I was having intermittent issues and voip.ms support advised me to use IP addresses instead of the DNS name for the voip.ms server.

Now instead of toronto.voip.ms I use 174.137.63.206

After that, I haven't had any disconnection issues.

I seem to be having issues at at two locations. It could be a latency issue, or due to the Samsung OfficeServ phone systems. Which voip.ms servers do you use normally? I've tried toronto, toronto2, montreal, but they all are having intermittent issues.

VoIP.ms is Rock solid. 
I have over 60 DIDs with them.
