[kwlug-disc] Zoneminder Ubuntu lts 12.04

I was trying to avoid the sloppy solution there I finally submitted and
just did the ln -s the guys in #httpd we're pretty disappointed that was
the way they did it with zm.  I'm now tackling trying to get it to push
some usb webcams.
