[kwlug-disc] Linux in Windows 8 Virtual Box

Has anyone used Linux in a Virtual Box on Windows 8, I am seeming to have all sorts of issues with this. The guest additions are seemingly absent on one machine, and the others hang, or cause windows to hang. and when the VM is open with 2Gb Ubuntu server on a 6 GB core i5. it causes windows to be sooo slow, and all kinds of strange behavior??
