[kwlug-disc] Version Mismatch Ubuntu 12.04 linux-image-generic

Does:

apt-get update

run cleanly without errors?

What is the output of:

df -h

Run out of storage?

My 12.04.2 system shows linux-generic depending on:
 --\ Depends (2)
    --- linux-headers-generic (=
3.2.0.38.46)                                  
    --- linux-image-generic (= 3.2.0.38.46)

Looks like your linux-generic is not up to date.
