[kwlug-disc] Kitchener Waterloo Cable ISPs

I've been using TekSavvy cable myself, after having switched from Bell DSL.
 No complaints so far (it's been maybe two years since I switched).  They
seem to be good at getting Rogers to come out and do repairs when you need
them.
