No, it is not something they do nor advertize.
I mean that the advertised amount for Hybrid 60 is over $80.
And since I am getting that, with basic cable included, it is effectively
free.
For me, it is cheaper than what I am paying, and delays the decision on
cancelling till June/July.

Still less than 24 hours into the service, so too early to say conclusively.

Also these tests are point in time, and not necessarily to the same server,
so don't read too much into the variations.

It is a Hitron as well.

I went in and disabled its gateway functionality, to make it just a modem,
since my home router has everything else I need.
