[kwlug-disc] Vmedia Internet? [Was: K-W Cable Internet / TV alternatives - 2014 redux.]

Anyone with any experience with them?

- I'm guessing from non-Rogers cable internet side they'll all be much 
the same - given they must be, I assume, Rogers wholesalers. And 
something, ATPIA?, has happened along the way, whatever that means.
