Many ISPs offer high bandwidth caps now, and some do offer unlimited.
Even Rogers offers unlimited now, which is $30 normally, or $10 if you have
a bundle.
Start.ca and vmedia.ca offer unlimited. Teksavvy offer 300GB.
And so on ...
