[kwlug-disc] ASP.NET 5 for Linux?

Well my understanding is that Mono is effectively a fork of .NET
that's been drifting further and further away, this will be a single
cross-platform library that's fully functional (other than stuff like
DirectX which will still be Windows only). Of course I don't really
know much about how .NET binaries are made, so maybe I'm not seeing
something.
