We use talkit.ca. This year they increased their price to 80 bucks a year. They're okay, but all of us have cell phones too.

I have and use both providers and I find VoIP.ms to more reliable and cheaper. 

I have 20 DIDs with unlimitel and over 50 with VoIP.ms
