The web pages may be sparse and plain jane, but they have the right 
attitude on customer support.

Even if they can't fix it, they will do their best to explain it and see 
what they can do. e.g. Turns out their wildcarding on callerid 
processing is broken - they're choosing least specific first. (Thus '*' 
beats '519*'.) [They've promised to fix in their code (an interesting 
statement in and of itself), but it appears this is so endemic / buried 
/ in so many places, it won't get fixed any time soon. THEY're not even 
sure what it's doing / how it works.]

It's not too often companies like this will get you down to the 
developer level at need. Less than a day to response to support e-mail, 
and you get a human on the first go.

Just hope it doesn't get bought out like Unlimitel did (to a player I'd 
rather not play with, myself), but given the service and the wide 
presence in many cities, I'm suspecting it won't be. Hopefully I didn't 
just jinx it.

For call processing, I've seen web blurbs that call it the most feature 
complete out there.

Best thing you can do for yourself is map out what you want to do 
beforehand. voip.ms bonus is you can set it all up without paying 
anything. (Then get a DID, point it to the start of your chain, and ...) 
Even before that, you can pony up the $25 and experiment calling out 
(only), first. Since voip to voip is free, your balance doesn't go down 
while you investigate - e.g. register your android phone, call your 
softphone, etc. [You can call echo test and dtmf test without the $25, 
but can't make the free inter-voip calls without the deposit.]
